The Forge Motorsport intake system for the Ford Fiesta ST180 & ST200 features a large diameter Pipercross foam element filter for superior filtration and enhanced breathing for the engine – but also featuring a larger surface area than the stock filter and many competitors.

The MAF housing is CNC machined in Forge’s own machine shop here in the UK.  Gently tapered internally so as to ensure maximum flow whilst emulating the stock configuration to eliminate the possibility of any engine check lights.

Also included and an essential part in this kit is a laser cut and powder coated aluminium shield which sits under the filter and directs air around the filter that enters the bay through the bonnet slam panel.

The final part is the silicone hose. The Forge silicone hoses are designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone. This means the hoses are suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) or air containing oil mist.

The construction of the hose has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments and will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically.

The use of a Fluorosilicone liner ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the clear market leader.

Includes a full kit consisting of the Forge Motorsport Maf Housing, Forge Motorsport Silicone Hose, Forge Motorsport Heat Shield and the Pipercross air filter, stamped with the world renowned Forge logo!

During testing, Forge achieved gains of up to 11bhp when installing in conjunction with an engine remap, which is generally needed in order to make the most of the improved airflow.
