Return information is important to you the buyer. Important to know what the rules are if there’s an issue..

We offer a full no quibble returns policy (excluding custom made or custom ordered parts unless not as specified)

In the unlikely but not impossible event (we’re all human), you have received the wrong part or there is a problem with your parts, (Any Damages must be reported within 24hrs of delivery) or even if by mistake you ordered the wrong parts. Do not worry, we can hopefully resolve the issue.

If the issue can’t be resolved as above we do offer a full returns policy, we simply ask that parts are returned in an unused, unfitted condition, with the original packaging. They must reach back to us in a re-saleable, new condition, or exactly as sent/received. Any damages should have been reported upon delivery or within 24hrs.  Parts are expected back in a brand new state inc any accessories, manuals and complete packaging. Any signs of fitting or use or missing parts, we will not be able to accept for return. Unless we give prior consent.

Please inform us within 14 days of receipt of goods, of any intentions to return any goods/parts and ensure they are returned to us within 30 days.  any returns after this time will not be accepted or will be at our sole discretion.

All return postage is to be met by the buyer, unless we have made a mistake, then we are happy to cover postage on a like for like postage service. i.e. same service as we sent the package.

Please contact us in the first instance, we can help and assist with any issue you may be having with a product and a return may not be needed.  If a return is needed then we can communicate much easier by messages or phone and may be able to agree on an exchange or have the issue resolved by the manufacturer if that’s the issue.

Please note all parts will be appropriately checked upon return before a refund is made.

Refunds will be made within 48 hours of us receiving a returned item, this allows us time to check and inspect any items if needed. Funds are refunded near instant if you paid via PayPal funds. It can take a few days if your method was a card, even via PayPal.

We are pleased to say we don’t have many returns here at Part Werx, the majority of the small number of returns we do have, are either due to buyer error or the occasional error by us or a manufacturer (we are all only human after all). We understand it’s easy to make a mistake and order the wrong part, so if you believe that may have happened just let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve.
