Items which exceed the couriers standard weight or size limits may incur additional postal costs, we will advise as soon as possible if this is the case.
Some Parts, that have specific packaging needs may require an additional cost for packaging, this will be advised and invoiced for prior to the item being dispatched.
We always endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible and using the most appropriate shipping method, we are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping courier/postal networks, customs charges or customs clearance or delays in the manufacture of parts from suppliers. Please note that we are also obliged to quote the correct cost on any customs documents, and it is an offence for us to do otherwise. We must also do this to ensure that your item is accurately insured against loss or damage. All customs costs are to be met by the buyer if in doubt you should check with your local customs office for import fees.
